Bogusław Cieślak

In 2005, he established sole proprietorship, and in 2006 he started to develop his own business on a larger scale. In June 2006, together with several other ERP system consultants he founded Business Partners eXcellence sp. z o.o., becoming its president.
He has also been the majority shareholder since 2010. Since 2014, he acted as the President of the Supervisory Board at BPX S.A., and has been the President of the Board since 2016.
He graduated from the Poznań University of Technology at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, majoring in Management and Marketing with a MSc. diploma. He started his professional career in 1998, working as an implementation specialist at the Poznań branch of TETA S.A.
He then worked for Itelligence as a SAP Consultant and Project Manager. During his more than 18-year-long consulting career, he primarily held managerial positions, such as a project manager and team leader in projects implemented, among others, in Hungary, Slovakia, France, the Netherlands, Poland, the USA and other.
As the president of the company, Mr. Bogusław Cieślak was responsible for company’s development strategy, implementing project work, finances and the entire organization of the enterprise. Until 2012, Bogusław was active on the market of consulting services as a top-class specialist, however, as the company dynamically developed, he stopped working on projects and primarily focused on business development.
Since 2008, Bogusław Cieślak has also been strongly involved in charity work as the Founder of the “Lepszy Start” Foundation, and since 2010, together with his wife, Irena Cieślak, the Non-public Primary School for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders “Przylądek” in Parzeniewo.

Digital Transformation Services Department DirectorAt BPX since 2008. She started her career as a SAP TR consultant, holding the Director of Consulting position since 2010. From 2010 to 2013, she acted as the company’s proxy, then the President and Vice-president of the Board.
During her time at BPX, she held various managerial position. Highly committed to sales, she developed quotations and client contracts, actively participated in acquiring new clients and managing account relations, created employee motivation rules, including a remuneration grid, recruited employees, set up her own HR department, strongly developed the Financial department and has also been building the corporate strategy.
Her professional accomplishments include a dozen or so domestic and international projects, mainly as the lead consultant/team leader. During her professional career, she was involved in inter-cultural projects in South Africa, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Germany, France, Canada, USA, Brazil, India and other countries, as well as domestic projects, e.g., at the Azoty Capital Group.
A graduate of the University of Economics in Wrocław, with a double M.A. diploma in brand management and international trade.
In 2007, she left to study in Aalborg, Denmark, on a scientific scholarship under the Socrates-Erasmus programme. In June 2013, she completed postgraduate studies in “Psychology in corporate and social life” at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Michał Osoba

Business Intelligence Department DirectorHe has been associated with BPX since 2013. As a Sales Director he was responsible for the sales of ERP SAP systems and the development of a new Business Intelligence area - Qlik View by QlikTech.
His duties also included managing the marketing department. He has held the position of the Director of the Business Intelligence Department since 2015, being responsible for the sales and implementation team, and coordinating the entire process.
He began his sales career in 2005 at Coca-Cola HBC Polska, working as a sales representative.
During his 11 years in sales departments he held the positions from a sales rep to a department director, gaining valuable experience in each position.
He has cooperated with the largest vendors, such as IBM, SAP, ORACLE and MICROSOFT.
Since the beginning of his career, he has participated in numerous training courses, both in Poland and abroad, fine-tuning his managerial skills.
A graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, a the Faculty of Finances and Accounting.
Michał Lipiec

Complementary Business Solutions Department DirectorHe has been with BPX since 2013. He started his career at the company while still studying as a junior ERP consultant for Infor SyteLine. He has a track record of completing numerous domestic and international projects based on Infor solutions. He has served as both a lead consultant and a solution architect, including the localization of the product's accounting for the Polish market.
Since 2017, he has been the Director of the Infor department, responsible for sales and solution implementations. During this time, BPX has become the largest partner of Infor SyteLine in Poland. He also established another department for implementing enova365. He conceived and coordinated the acquisition of Milestone Dom Wdrożeniowy (enova365 and TETA HR).
He has been a member of the BPX board since 2020. As of 2023, he is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Milestone Dom Wdrożeniowy. He is responsible for the Complementary Business Solutions line, which includes the software development (mainly .NET/C#/T-SQL), sales, and implementation departments: Infor SyteLine, enova365, and Teta HR.
Dariusz Miętka

Head of Products DivisionIn 2008, he began working with BPX as a sole proprietorship, and in 2015, due to the increase in the scale of operations, he founded BPX Solutions Sp. z o.o. In 2023, as a natural step in the tightening cooperation, the two companies were merged.
He started his career in 2002 in the European IT Center of Mars Inc. corporation in Strasbourg - France - participating in international projects as a consultant. In 2007, he returned to Poland, where he continued his career at the L'Oreal corporation.
During his consulting career of more than 18 years, he held roles as a consultant, project head, leader in charge of the professional development of cooperating consultants, and was also involved in the management of the company. He has participated in projects in dozens of countries in Europe, North America and the Middle East.
He graduated (summa cum laude) from the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology, majoring in Computer Engineering, with a Master of Engineering degree.
